After 20 years of wishing, I finally bought my first rental house. I am officially a landlord. This was a creative purchase from a fellow Bigger Pockets investor and I loved the experience. I am looking forward to many more!

Welcome to the world of tenant management, be careful what you wish for as it just might come to fruition and in this case it did.
