Hello wonderful BP Community, I am a realtor in Phoenix Arizona. I got my license about a month ago and I would love to get involved with investors in Phoenix. I'm 23 years old and I have a family background in both commercial and residential real estate. I plan to be a full-time realtor so that I can hone my trade and be an excellent resource for my clients. I have a few questions and I would love some feedback to help me provide the most value to the investors I hope to serve. What role does your agent play in your transactions? How do you choose your agent and do you stick with the same agent consistently? What should I learn specifically about the market so that I can be the best of help to investors? Thank you so much for taking the time to respond. Please also feel free to message me. I look forward to becoming involved in the BP community! -Mary Clare

@Mary Clare Archer

Welcome to the site.

As an agent & investor myself who works primarily with investors I can tell you that investors are going to stick with an agent who works quickly, has in depth knowledge about the market, can give them a general idea of the amount of work a property would need, has connections to G.C's, Plumbers etc and most importantly stays on top of quick communication.

Some things that are important for you when choosing which investors to work with is to verify there ability to buy and make sure they have proper expectations. Make sure you are not working with those that have a big dream but no real ability to pull it off. You have to work smart. Your time is your most valuable resource.
