New Member: Agent looking to help investors in Phoenix
Hello wonderful BP Community,
I am a realtor in Phoenix Arizona. I got my license about a month ago and I would love to get involved with investors in Phoenix. I'm 23 years old and I have a family background in both commercial and residential real estate. I plan to be a full-time realtor so that I can hone my trade and be an excellent resource for my clients.
I have a few questions and I would love some feedback to help me provide the most value to the investors I hope to serve. What role does your agent play in your transactions? How do you choose your agent and do you stick with the same agent consistently? What should I learn specifically about the market so that I can be the best of help to investors?
Thank you so much for taking the time to respond. Please also feel free to message me.
I look forward to becoming involved in the BP community!
