Hello everyone, 

My name is Erin, and I've been investing in real estate for the past ten years or so. It's been slow going at first as I've been building up capital and getting connected to the right people and the right information. My first investment was through a real estate investment company of mine several years ago - a buy and hold in Layton, UT. I am a member of an LLC in Boston that flips properties and am currently closing on another buy and hold in Indiana. I also AIR BNB my place here in LA, and so I'm interested in doing more analysis on the short-term rental markets.

My purpose here at Bigger Pockets is to increase my ROI by learning new information and other strategies that are working for other members. I would love to connect with like-minded investors that are all about the numbers and creative strategy. I'm here to brainstorm and to learn, and of course to share whatever information I do know with others here.
