New Member near Erie/Boulder looking to start with Flips

Greetings,

Looking for Flips near Boulder, Lyons and then rentals in Memphis after we do a couple. I have a RE pro mentoring myself and another guy starting out. We did a trip to Memphis and I was ready to dive in but decided to slow down a little and start with a local flip with the guys to get our feet wet. This is a complicated thing to get into but just the investigation and learning stage is so much fun and invigorating.

Anyone Flipping nearby? I know, I missed the best time to start the last couple of years, hoping it's not to late.

@Tim Toney just like the saying is, The best time to plant a tree was years ago, the next best time is today. The best time to invest in real estate was years ago, the next best time is today. I wish you well.
