New Member from Georgia

Hi,

I'm a new member from south of Atlanta looking for investment opportunities.  I'm a part time investor with a full time job, a wife, and three small children.  I'm having a hard time finding a deal in my area that I can make the numbers work.  I've been looking for investment deals for the past few months and listening to the podcasts and am hoping that being active on the forum will help get things moving.  

It would be great to meet some seasoned folks from whom I can learn a thing or two and hopefully bring some value to the table.

I was just going thru posts from members in an area that we are moving to and came across this very helpful advice.  That's great of you to give this kind of guidance to new members.

Welcome to BP. Overall the prices are high and there are slim pickings on good deals so it's not just you. It seems like the interest rates might rise in September ..that will push the property prices down.
