Thanks, everyone, for the welcome!  This seems like a great community.

@Azeez K. To your question, I've been searching for SFR cash deals. I've been focusing on B class properties that need some rehab. My thoughts were to get going with cash, finance the property once it's rented, then repeat. I'd be open to MF, but I seen much in my area. The area I've been focusing on is the I-85 corridor from Newnan down through Columbus. I'm in LaGrange and from Columbus so I know this area fairly well. I haven't decided about managing it myself or farming this out so looking locally seems to make sense to me.

Hi,

I'm a new member from south of Atlanta looking for investment opportunities.  I'm a part time investor with a full time job, a wife, and three small children.  I'm having a hard time finding a deal in my area that I can make the numbers work.  I've been looking for investment deals for the past few months and listening to the podcasts and am hoping that being active on the forum will help get things moving.

It would be great to meet some seasoned folks from whom I can learn a thing or two and hopefully bring some value to the table.
