We're trying to think of a custom gift that fits our retro vibe. You can see the rental below to get an idea. Any other suggestions?

We leave gift cards for local restaurants for like $15-$20.00.  Enough to get them to go but not enough to cover the entire bill!

Hi BP Community,

We are in the process of closing on the sale of a property on the Treasure Coast of Florida towards the end of May and have been talking to them as an option to meet the 1031 Tax requirements. Here is their website -https://www.1031crowdfunding.com.

I understand DST's to some degree but I'm just a bit concerned about the legitimacy of the company and how the paperwork and process works to comply with the IRS Guidelines and if it makes sense to take a lower yield for less headaches in the overheated real estate market .

Thanks In Advance,

Yes, within the group that meets with CFREIA there are a number of folks that do STR, including myself. You may also consider joining the FVRMA chapter for the Treasure Coast. If you go onto the website you can find the link to the chapter and the point of contact is Larry Winters. DM me if you want more specific information.

Check this out. Good for networks and I know there are at least a few members on here

We've found Proper Insurance, though not always the cheapest to be the best value and most knowledgeable in the STR Space

I agree with picking your battles and this one just isn't worth. And dont hold your breath that AirBnB will do anything or never the less even care. The OTA's priorities have definitely shifted away from supporting the hosts. We recently had a guest convince AirBnB to refund 2 days due to mosquitoes bites.  The most you can do is send the message multiple ways and times, but unfortunately we're living in a pretty entitled world and there will always be a few who won't follow rules. Good Luck

That's crazy. I dont plan to let it go. I'll call customer support every day because I can until I feel its cost AirBnB $200 in rep time. Pretty tired of seeing the smug weasel Brian Chesky trying to spin like they looked out for hosts.
