Hi everyone. Been listening to BP podcasts and decided I needed to get a profile. I'm public school teacher. My wife and I house-hacked our fist property living in one side of a duplex and rented out the other. This allowed us to buy our 2nd (SFH) closer to where I work. Denver's market is exploding so we sold our duplex and are looking re-invest by renting out our current house, buy a place closer to my work in Aurora and also purchase a multi family. Currently doing the famous "BRRRR" Brandon talked about. In-laws are from Kansas City, MO area and we are thinking about buying the multi-family there. Seeking a recommendation for an investment minded real estate agent in that area to talk with. (Sent out a few private messages from a search but got no response...)
