My name is Bryce. I am a student at BYU, but I'm in Arkansas for the summer. I have about 2 years left for my degree. I'm pretty determined to gain some level of financial freedom by the time I graduate. Real estate interests me because I feel like I've already done all I can (conservatively) with traditional investing (stock market, bonds, etc.) for now and I'd like to pay myself for housing instead of other people while I go to school.

My current goal is to find a multi-family that my wife and I can live in, add value to, and rent out while I go to school. I am looking for an FHA or 203k loan to get me started ( I don't have much saved up yet). Upon seeing the prices, I'm starting to think that I should buy and hold a single-family. I am just worried that I won't be able to meet the costs. Anyway, that's me. I'm excited to be a part of the BP community.
