Thank you all for the support and advice!

@ Nicole- It is more kind of a jump, as I lost my job and I am trying to devote most of my time to this before I get stuck into something else. Luckily, I have the support of my husband and we will be living off of his wages as for the credit and capital, I have decided to wrap my car in advertisement. I am a firm believer if I want this to become a reality its going to be my 9-5. I want to eat and breath real estate.

I really do love it, I had a little taste of what flipping a house might be like. My Father had a house fire and with his savings along with the insurance money he build a gorgeous house. Unfortunately, he lost his job and was not able to pull all the money he needed to finish the basement.

I lost my job as well a little later and advised we put our money together and finish the basement together to create 3 apartments for rent. With our money we were only able to finish 2  2bdrm/2bth apts. The experience was exhilarating. Even through the tears of all the ups and downs of construction ( Yes I cried ) Cause there is ALWAYS some sort of problem.

I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty! I learned skills from painting to installing tiles, doors and frames to save as much as I could from having to paying my contractor. I cannot explain how great it was to see a basement of concrete born into elegant apartments from my own hands. Then to show off my work and hear the prospect tenants praise the beauty of the counter tops and fixtures was just the instant gratification I needed. I want this on a daily basis. I'm good at it.

I do not want to stop at fix and flips I want to do it all! From wholesaling to noting! That way if one plan fails as an educated investor I have a way to switch courses make my investment plan succeed hopefully every time.

Well I think I am done with my rant for now hahah. Have a good day everyone and happy investing!!
