Jacksonville Multi-Family

Hi all,

I will be moving to Jacksonville in a month and I am looking to invest in a multi-family property (ideally a quad). I will be moving there because I am in the Navy and I will be there for about 4 years. I am interested in getting as involved as I can in the local real estate scene, given my time constraints with the Navy and I'm simply using this post to reach out. I would appreciate any input on best locations in Jax to look as well as the best places to continue my search. I am open to any other input anyone is willing to provide as well-always ready to learn. Thanks everyone.

I have several properties in JAX, but they are all SFR. I am not sure where the best areas are for multis. Are you looking to live in one unit and rent out the rest (aka: hacking)?
