Hello Bigger Pockets!  I'm Shamus Quirk, formally a professionally trained chef of ten years who decided I wanted out of the restaurant industry. I always knew there was a better way to accomplish my financial goals and I always knew real estate was going to be my main vehicle to get me to them. I got tired of eighty hour work weeks with little time to think about how I was going to get some “bigger pockets” so I got out of the business for a custom cabinet making job. During my transitional time I also got my Massachusetts real estate salesperson license. Since then I have been working with homeowners, investors and house flippers to make their financial dreams come true and now I want to focus on mine. I’m on a quest to learn as much as I can about real estate investing and take action!

I've been listening to bigger pockets podcasts for a couple of weeks now and it's always entertaining and informational.  Thanks to Josh and Brandon for doing this and giving guys like me a chance

Sounds like you have built yourself a solid foundation in the RE industry. Good luck to you. Having a license really gives you a leg up on the competition.
