Any recommendations for hard money lenders on the North Shore of Boston?  One of my buyers investors fell through and he has a deal under agreement.

I think after this year it is the last of the sellers markets for now.  I see the playing field starting to level off a little bit as rates rise and buyer power is affected.  It's been a good run for sellers but there will always be ebbs and flows. 

I've heard some of the only markets to make money in multis still is Lawrence and Haverhill but you would be dealing with c & d class properties.
