Columbus Ohio wholesaler

Hello everyone, I'm new to BP and read that I should make a post introducing myself. My name is Jacob Selbe, I live in the Columbus Ohio area and, you guessed it, I want to wholesale. I just sent out my first round of yellow letters today and I'm terrified of someone actually calling me :). I've read as much as I can on BP so now I figure I have to learn the rest along the way by actually doing it. Thank you to everyone who posts on BP!

Haha terrified that's funny!  I can actually relate to that.

So here's the deal, you may as well just throw in the towel for this batch ok.  You are going to be awkward on the phone, if you get a deal it's a bonus.  Don't try to hard, just learn to get familiar on the phone with these folks.  Yellow Letters are good starting out because you will get a lot of people calling to yell at you, and you need to learn how to take it because it only gets worse with the more volume you send out.

Good luck!
