I am a Real Estate Broker and Investor.  I have been a broker for about 7 years and investing for 5 years.  I joined BP because one thing I know about our business is that you can NEVER gain enough knowledge.  @Shanequa J. maybe when you left it was a little questionable but just like all markets things change and ours has been on fire lately. I have clients that are rehabbers. On almost every offer we've put in on reo's we've been in multiple bid situations. Several times we've lost. In the last two week we've put in 8 offers. We've won half. Just goes to show how much things change. Ya know?

How far away is cape carteret from Fayettville and does anyone know anything about the area and the market?  I'm in Rochester, NY and haven't worked remotely before but have a seller with property up here and down there!
