What areas are you looking to invest in? 

 I'm actually more focused on the learning aspect at this point, I've been studying/researching actually for years now, kinda just sitting on the side lines. If I were to give a general area I would say west to north-west denver. I know this area is a very competitive but it's a number game. I'm gonna start going to the local BP meetings if they end up on my off day, and from time to time host things at my house or local bar and grill.

 So I want to start with a rehab/flip, now with what I do with the property after that would depend on the potential profit/area and what not. I can say my ultimate goal is to acquire 10-15 rental properties for long term passive income and in the meantime flip to get those paid off as quick as possible. So I'm sure I would flip my first few to get that cash built up and at that point I would get opinions on the best way to go.  Oh, and currently I make a decent income and only work four days a week, two of which are Sat and Sun. So I have three days off during the week (wed, thurs, and fri), so I feel I'm in a great situation to start investing. I'll definitely check those local meeting out. Books don't really do much for me, so these chats and future meetings are all I got. Thx so much!!!

Hi everyone!!!!! I've been searching for a while to join a reputable real estate investing website. Finally I found one that doesn't seem like a joke. Anyways I have only bought my main residence in Frederick CO, but this summer I plan on doing my first real estate deal.
