Hello to all, 

Hope that things are going great in your investing and personal life! 

I wanted to introduce myself to everyone, I am John and I am new to the Real Estate Investing Business. I am becoming a student of the business by reading posts on here as well as listening to the BP podcast, which I think is awesome! Great interviews and more importantly, great information. 

I am looking forward to meeting many people on here and to utilize the support as well as the networking that is available here on BP.

Thank you for the welcome note! And yes we do have some pretty good dog beaches down here in the OC. assuming that you are a dog lover like myself. What kind of dog do you have? 

I rescued a mixed breed dog a few years ago and absolutely love her!

My dogs are Pekingeses. Which basically means they aren't really dogs at all but rather cats in dog bodies :) But I was SHOCKED the first time I took them to a dog beach and they went bizerk. They loved it! They aren't usually the 'normal dog' types but they are at the beach! I take them up to Leo Carrillo now when I want a little afternoon getaway.
