Hey BP Family!

My name is Grant, and within the last few weeks I stumbled upon and joined this awesome community while doing some research. Real estate has been something I've always been interested in, and recently life has changed enough for me that I can really express my passion for it and give it much more focus.  I'm looking for new friends who are interested in concepts like win/wins and care about mutual success for all. Below are some of specific areas I want to grow (for you all who use keywords):

I have very little experience, but I'm definitely willing and able to take action, put in the due diligence, and look forward to making some long term connections!

Welcome @Grant Adams ! Bigger Pockets is the most innovative and educational site available to learn about real estate investing. Learn from those investors most active in the market today. You will find brand new people to the game and those that have been polished with years of experience, both good and bad. In my several decades of investing I have found that purchasing with cash flow as the number one goal and the secret to success in real estate. I have also learned that while buy and hold may be boring it is ultimately the best strategy. Use leverage but use it cautiously. Enjoy the experience.
