Finding a Mentor/Investor

I'm looking for someone to learn from locally. Clark/Floyd County indiana or Louisville KY area. My husband & I are brand new to this with little capital. We have taken the Bill Vaughn course & have read so much on here etc....it's all SO much info. It's a bit overwhelming for us. At this point we don't know where to start. We were thinking wholesaling.

@Jolene U. if you get a chance to see Mike Butler speak in Louisville sometime, it's worth the time.  Even though he talks about landlording, he has some good points on inventing in general.
