I am Ryan from San Jose or more commonly the bay area. I am a new investor who is(and has been) working very hard to grasp the concepts of real estate. I am in the process of creating a real estate company and pushing through the headaches of being new to something. I joined this website rather than joining a mentorship program because what I have read on here sounded much less generic and real. As in REAL people who are doing it everyday.
