Nice job @Joshua Gordon  looks like your getting a great response rate! I decided to do 1000 for my first mailing. After reading this thread I'm realizing I probably have no idea what I'm in for. Yikes!

I have been using First American Title Company. Do you know the difference between an Eagle Title Policy compared to all other Title Policy offered by other Title Companies? I didn't know this until my flipping partner brought it to my attention back in the days. What are you trying to accomplished? I can probably connect you with one.

 I do not know the difference between an Eagle title policy among others would you care to elaborate?  I am looking to do some lease option deals in my local market and need to establish an escrow service for my business. If you could connect me with someone that would be great! Thanks in advance.

Hey all,

Newbie investor from the bay area here. Was wondering if anyone knew of some investor friendly title companies in the south bay that I should give a try contacting. Some companies I have tried have gone nowhere. Any ideas?

@Johnson H. Yea the membership is a little steep ($300+) but for just going last night I payed $37. Well worth it in my opinion. They were recommending the SJREI jumpstart program in which they would be giving you all the basics and a strong foundation to become a real estate investor. The program includes some networking with experts in the field. Wondering if anyone has gone to this and how good it was. So far I've heard good things about it. Heres the page: http://sjrei.org/feb-8-2014-sjrei-jump-start-program/

@J. Martin

Yea it was really a well put together event. Geraldine had Alain Pinel speak last night and the man had some incredible stories. He was very adamant about thinking outside of the box and looking at all markets even in other countries. He was also extremely expansive on the Q&A at the end of the night. Very inspirational stuff. I am aware of @Johnson H. 's meeting on the 19th. I am feeling like I will most likely be there; really excited to meet some of the BP community. I will keep an eye on your monthly meetup event. Hope to see you soon J!

Google First Tuesday. They not only offer, IMHO, the best continuing ed. for RE licensees, but great forms.

You'll have every form that you'll probably ever need in CA.

Thank me later.
