New to BP - Leominster, MA Multifamily Investor Here
Hey all... I'm new to BP but not new to investing. I've been investing for about 15 years and currently own 25 resi units. I'd like to connect with some others in MA. I'm not in buying mode now due to a couple of bad investments I made in the past that hurt my credit and my cash situation. I should be back in the market in early 2015. Right now I'm focused on my brokerage/management business and connecting with other investors. I'm hoping to learn a lot from this group and also share my knowledge where I can.

Great to have you hear. Always nice to have someone with a lot of experience jump in. You can still learn a lot and can share your experiences too.
I do a lot of condo investing in MA and that is a very good point you make there. I like that niche but like any other one, you can get burned if you miss something like that. Hope that the place does well for you otherwise...
Do you work in any of the other areas along the Rt2 corridor or stick to Leominster?
