Are you looking to invest in flips locally?

Initially yes; seems like it would be a bit more manageable as I’m just starting out. But I’m sure I’d be open to other locations as well in the future.

If you are looking to invest locally I would join local real estate investor associations and go to meet-ups to network with other investors. Flipping can be great, but house hacking is a good way to get started with minimal down if your market allows for it. Flipping can be profitable if done right, but it can be time-consuming which may not be ideal if you have a busy day job.
