Investors have argued for decades about which investment class is the best: Stocks Vs Real Estate. Well, we want to take it a step further and throw Bitcoin into the ring! Join us with our special guest Brandon Behr, who hosts the Bitcoin for Everyone Meetup, to provide some knowledge and insight into this mis-understood world of Crypto investing.

Grab a drink, some delicious food and join us as we will analyze the benefits and downfalls of each asset class and open up the room for a round-table discussion about which investment may be best for you!

The event starts at 6pm with some light networking as attendees arrive, followed by a round of speed networking before we dive into the discussion about Bitcoin Vs Stocks Vs Real Estate. We will then end the evening with a Q&A session and group networking to round off the night.

So grab a friend, bring some business cards (digital or old school), have a drink and meet some other like-minded investors in Colorado Springs! I hope to see you there!

We will be in the Jersey Room @ Trinity Brewing which is off to the left after you enter through the main entrance, just look for the signs!

Looking for an alternative way to create cashflow and increase your margins? Then look on the market!.... Sounds crazy right? Not if you are using this long forgotten strategy to purchase a home that has not been utilized since the 80's!

Grab a drink, some delicious food and join us to learn about one of the most powerful tools available to purchase a home in our current market! Brian Bohrer (a local Realtor who purchased his current home with an Assumable Loan) will walk through the benefits and processes behind purchasing a Primary Residence OR an Investment Property via an Assumable Loan!

Event starts at 6 with some light networking as attendees arrive, followed by a round of speed networking, then we'll have our Assumable Loan presentation, and lastly we'll end the night with Q&A and group networking to conclude the evening.

So grab a friend, bring some business cards (digital or old school), have a drink and meet some other like-minded investors in Colorado Springs! I hope to see you there!
