Hello BP members,

I am one year away from getting into to real estate and am i hear to soak up as much information about everything i possibly can. I started to work toward my Real Estate goal about 5 years ago after reading Multiple Streams of Income By Robert Allen. Since then i have building credit, building savings, and buying books on real estate and every thing is starting to come together this year to start me off investing.
This year i turn my full attention to real estate, currently i am reading bigger pocket's UBG and listening to the podcast . I am lurking the forums to get familiar with the terminology and to sort of get an idea of typical flow of owning real estate.

My first goal for this year based on podcast 55 is to start developing tighter relationships with my banks and lenders and i will next be reading Mortgage Ripoffs and Money Savers: - by Carolyn Warren.

Sites like this really make me appreciate the time that we live in and i look forward to any advice and tips that are shared!
