Hi BP community,

My name is Gustavo Cardona from Miami, FL. I am 22 years old and currently teach golf for a living. I am rising wholesaler in my local area, looking to grow my knowledge on real estate and build a thriving RE enterprise. I found this forum through a random search on Google and after a few weeks of reading through the forums and even sending some of my newbie questions to private members, I realize just how helpful everyone here is.
