Mr @Paul Timmins Thank you for the welcoming, I enjoyed and chuckled at your comment about my profession. Now that I am getting started in RE I definitely need to learn how to tap into the resources around me (BP included of course!). I am interested in attending REIA club meetings, and in learning how they function within the RE community. If you, or anyone reading can recommend a good club here in Miami, Fl that'd be great. What exactly do you do within real estate?
