We have 4 members already, looking to add one more. First meeting is 6am -7am EST on Oct 13th, each meeting after that will move to every other Friday at 6am. You need to either be in the Columbus area or have at least one investment in this area. All meetings are virtual. I am starting a mastermind that will meet via zoom every 2 weeks and last no more than an hour. To keep it to this time frame, I'm looking for 3-5 people max.  It doesn't matter your experience with real estate, just looking to bounce ideas off each other and hold each other accoutnable.  Anyone in Columbus or surrounding area of Ohio is welcome just so we can all discuss the same general area.  If interested just let me know!

I have some experience in real estate investing, in Columbus (Grove City) Ohio, and I would love to help someone out who is further along then I am - just get build up my confidence so I can keep moving in real estate.

I could help in a number of ways, here are just a few:

• I have a flexible day job in which I can do 2-3 hours per week in middle of day to help with day to day real estate activities, take calls or whatever.
• Experience with building websites, SEO, social media & marketing
• I'm a productivity/time management nerd - I can help with business processes or help with organization.

My main goal is to really help someone else out with their real estate and learn as I go. I have read, and continue to read a ton and listen to blogs etc., but I'm more on the conservative side. So having someone to maybe run numbers by, I think, would be a great help. I'm working to get my first few flips under my belt.

I have been impressed so far!  This is my second company I have worked with.  First one started out really great and then changed management.  After that change they got horrible tenates in the property and things went downhill.  RL is working to get them out for me.  Also they go out and do inspections which the previous company wouldn't.  They are quick to respond back.  I have maybe sent 6 email over last year.
