Meet-ups in Mar Vista anyone ?!

Hi BP Universe !... Wow, this place is so inspiring. Of all the resources BP offers, its this, the forums and discussions that have me stoked the most... I am in Mar Vista, on the westside of Los Angeles looking to create a forum of like-minded RE investors who want to share, meet-up, and inspire on the journey to financial freedom through REI. Any takers ? We own 3 sfr's in/around LA and are now planning on MFR's in LA ( hard nut to crack ) and/or OOS. Long Distance Real Estate Investing is an inspiring book and thats where we want to go. I don't want the unknown and mistakes-to-be-made to deter me or anyone out there before my first OOS investment. "Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor !?", comes to mind... I digress... Look, over beers, watching my/your kids play at Clover Park, tea or meeting in front of a new listing, would be great. If enough interest surfaces here we can pursue dates, days and times going forward. Lets do this !
