BP community. I am looking to buy my first multi-family, owner occupied in San Diego (somewhere in commutable distance to TJ School of Law). I would like to network and meet some realtors or investors in the area. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Dusty

    hi @Logan Allec

What part of San Diego county are you interested in? How much are you looking to spend? It is a big county and prices can vary quite a bit.

You might be able to get a better deal by buying a fixer with an FHA 203K loan. @tim g. On the site has done one in Ramona I believe and has written a couple blogs about it. It seems to be an excellent way to get started. Keep us updated! I plan to do something similar sometime next year.
