@Michael Conway @Keeya WangJones send me a pm. I have a couple of good contractors that have dealt with 203k before. Also, may have a lead on something off-market in talmadge.

@Rami W. I believe city of San Diego does not round up. I am dealing with the same thing with city of Escondido right now - 9.85 units means 9 units, not 10 unfortunately. In this case it affects value by about $200,000.

@Derek Searancke @Paul Stead@Kyle Elmer@Kevin Estey@Surjeet Jubbal

Hey Guys, good to see people talking about NZ. Im from Timaru but living in San Diego now. I am interested in the opportunities in CHCH as well. My uncle owns a large earthmoving/demo company doing tons of work in CHCH, Ashburton, Timaru as well as other parts of south canty. I have experience with 100's of fix/flips and would like to see if I could apply that to CHCH.

I would be aware of RAD. I have had to deal with them a couple times and they are expensive and charge a minimum of $2500. So, even if it is just strapping a couple posts/piers you are looking at $2500 minimum. Just FYI.
