There is a company out of Fairhope, AL (20 minutes outside of Mobile) called Urban Property that does property management. Great people to work with. Berkshire-Hathaway also does property management and has a office in Daphne, AL (10 minutes away from downtown Mobile depending on traffic). Hope this helps!
