Remove garbage disposal for STR?

For STR has anyone removed garbage disposals so renters stop breaking them and putting too much waste down the drain??

I don't put garbage disposals in any of my rentals unless they are already there.   A plumber told a a long time ago....they are the first thing that people break because they put anything and everything down there.
