New Hampshire short term rental

Hello BP community! I’ve been snooping around the forums for a while and finally posting. Everything is in order to begin real estate investing for my wife and I. Been a fan for a while of this place. I was wondering if any of you legends had some insight into the NH lakes region or NH in general for short term rental investing. Everything I’ve been reading seems like it’s in a massive state of uncertainty at the moment. Trying to figure out the best/safest market to dial in on. Any help would be great! Thanks all!

@Greg Brooks I own and operate a vacation rental management company in the lakes region and would be happy to help answer what I can. There are definitely some towns to stay away from at the moment, but there are a few towns that wouldn’t be able to stop something that has been part of their existence for decades. Happy to connect and discuss.
