Hey all,

I was curious if anyone had any recommendations for an agent in southern NH that deals with multi families? I live about 15-20 mins from the NH border and would like to invest locally to start. Thanks!

What have you guys "in the know" for Cape Cod STR seen for restrictions etc? I'm personally debating between the lakes region NH or Cape Cod for our first venture into STR. I found a couple towns in NH that seem to be pretty STR friendly and wasn't too sure on which way the Cape is going with the restrictions. Thanks all!

Apologies - I meant a commercial loan vs vacation home loan. @Avery Carl - Can you speak more to the benefits of a DSCR loan? Any drawbacks? (Also, I'm currently reading your book and loving it!) Thanks all!

Hello BP community.

I was wondering what everyones stances are with the 10% vaca loan vs the conventional 20% or higher loan. 10% sounds great, and I'll be able to vaca there to meet whatever the req. is for block out dates - but my concern is liability. I could toss is under an LLC if I went conventional. Didn't know if there is more of a risk with vaca or not. A lot to weigh. Thought? : )

I'd be careful with North Conway. The locals are fighting back pretty hard on STR and seem to be winning handedly. Unsafe STR investment now

Hello BP community! I’ve been snooping around the forums for a while and finally posting. Everything is in order to begin real estate investing for my wife and I. Been a fan for a while of this place. I was wondering if any of you legends had some insight into the NH lakes region or NH in general for short term rental investing. Everything I’ve been reading seems like it’s in a massive state of uncertainty at the moment. Trying to figure out the best/safest market to dial in on. Any help would be great! Thanks all!

@Rudy Planter hey there! First time posting anything in this amazing forum!

I was wondering how your quest is going? I just started really checking out lakes region for str. Noticed Laconia looks to be cracking down as well as North Conway.
