Your Airbnb experience in Orlando

A friend of mine and I want to buy two condos in Orlando for Airbnb. He has experience with short term rentals and says we can get over $5k a month per 3 bed /2 bath condo (minus the loans and other expenses).

Is that realistic? If not what could be a realistic number?

Thank you

Eric

There are 12,200 vacation rentals in Orlando.  Last year there were 11,800.  Next year there will probably be 12,600.  Orlando tourism grew by 31% from Q1 2021 to Q2 2021.  Saturation is only an issue if you don't stand out, and it's easy to stand out in Orlando (theme rooms!!!)
