Invest in Kissimmee or Panama City Beach

Hey I would love your guys insight especially @Luke Carl. Would you guys invest in a turn key ready big housewith all the furniture in Kissimmee, FL near Disney or a smaller house a block from the beach in Panama City Beach. They are similar in price except the beach house will need furniture and a little updating. Both will seem to generate a similar revenue for STR. Let me know thanks

depends goals. scaling? one and done? where can you get more? do you have the cash to get more? If you're getting more will they be close enough to each other to use the same cleaner or not.
