Getting loans on a vacation rental property

Has anyone been successful in purchasing a home for the direct use of all Airbnb units ? I’m looking to purchase a 6 unit for Airbnb and short term rentals. I own a handful of homes now on long term leases. I’m transitioning some of those units into Airbnb but having trouble finding banks to work with.

You'll need a commercial loan for more than 4 units. Look for a local commercial loan broker. Google should identify multiple contacts.
