Nashville, TN Air BnB

Hi everyone!

I just submitted paperwork to the zoning examiner to get a non-owner occupied STR permit for my home in Nashville, TN. I was just curious about how others have faired with their business during the pandemic. I'm sure that there has been a bit of a drop in bookings but to what extent? Thanks for your help!

Glad to hear your going about this the legal way.

Most of us on here have had our best year ever in 2020. I am in that same boat.
