Just curious what software/method STR investors are using to pay their cleaning personnel. I'd like to set up direct deposit for mine but having a hard time finding the right software. I'm new so it could be as easy as setting it up with my bank. I'd love any insight on what veterans of STRs are using.

I’m curious on people’s thoughts on what college degree (if any) can add additional skills towards real estate investing? My initial thoughts are degrees in accounting or business. Let me know what you think or have experienced. 

@Luke Carl Could you elaborate? Is it the market? Working with the city of Nashville? Dealing with customers who stay at your properties?

I just submitted paperwork to the zoning examiner to get a non-owner occupied STR permit for my home in Nashville, TN. I was just curious about how others have faired with their business during the pandemic. I'm sure that there has been a bit of a drop in bookings but to what extent? Thanks for your help!
