Mid-term Rentals in Oshkosh, WI

We just purchased a fully furnished duplex and have had some great advice to get us started, but if you have any wise advice (hopefully from going through it yourself) I would love to hear it. We are looking to have a minimum of a 3 month stay for renters, with all furniture, heat, water and internet provided. We have two furnished units but are looking to perhaps have one be a long-term, non-furnished space, for steady income and one remain as a furnished. Thoughts? :)

Travelling nurses, visiting professors and people in the witness protection program could be your potential tenants.  I'd pass on the nurses and go with the professors and witnesses.
