@Brandon Allenczy Hey Brandon! I am from cape and still live here going on 33 years. The university is ever growing. I know there are some places such as cape trails and a few companies like Shiloh properties that do exactly that but there are not many. I rent all mine for a straight price. If you have anymore questions let me know. Rent has gone up tremendously here and my properties are cashflowing like crazy.

@Joshua Milam honestly anything with a hood income would be great. Personally I think healthcare is a good route. A lot of times it’s only three 12 hour shifts a week so lots of days off to take care of business with a great income. Won’t learn much in business but will definitely learn a lot about critical thinking which to me is the most important aspect of business.

@Kurt Baltutat I personally plan on waiting it out. I think this recession will hurt and vacation spots will get hit hard and then I will jump on those deals then.

I am a RN who plans to start doing travel nursing here in the next year. Originally I planned on buying a new Airbnb at each 13 week contract I work for but I’ve come up with another idea I’d like to hear other peoples opinion on. Considering just buying some raw land preferably with power, water, and sewer/septic access and then just putting a gravel pad down to rent out to short-mid term tenants with an rv or maybe some tent campers on different parts of the property. Let me know if you have any ideas or opinions!
