Do you ever cook food for your STR tenants?
I've got 4-5 guys that have been renting from me since Memorial Day. Every month or two they tell me to come over with a pot. They'll have enough leftovers for me and my wife to eat for 2-3 days. Today I took over all the components to make duck poppers. Duck poppers = duck meat, jalapenos, cream cheese, bacon. I left the cooking up to them, they were starting their charcoal grill. Just helped assemble them and left.
