How do you pay your cleaner and handyman?

I only have one STR at the moment but could have upwards of 5 by the end of 2021. I've been using Zelle and Venmo but I think it's time to treat this more like an actual business. Any advice is appreciated.

My cleaner used to do it for free, and I'd get to sleep with her.  Now she takes whatever share of the rent she wants and gives me the rest.
