From what I read you can only sync multiple calendars with the same primary host. They don’t allow it with cohosts.

I looked on Google and it appears AirBNB doesn't allowed synced calendars between two different primary hosts.

Hello BP STR experts,

Is it possible to sync calendars for two different cabins that have different account owners / hosts? I have a scenario where my parents and I both built separate cabins that are side by side. I am planning to have a master listing with them together as well as two individual listings. I am about to create my listings but I am worried that I am going to run into issues with syncing the calendars of two different owners. Both cabins will be on AirBNB & VRBO. I am also using Guesty and PriceLabs.

Maybe it will not be a problem but I wanted to check before creating all of the listings. If anyone has ever done this before I would love to get your input. Thanks!

Ben

@John Underwood

I have one in Black Bear Ridge Resort. I was told around 5:00 that the fire was 3-4 miles away. Smoke could be seen from my cabin. My guests have evacuated safely. I feel like it’s going to be a close call. Praying no one is harmed. I found this live feed from The Preserve resort which is close to where it started but not downwind.

@Ken Boone

Do you have a specialized STR policy similar to what Proper offers or do you have a standard home owners policy that works as a rental policy for your STR along with a separate umbrella policy? I've compared and Proper can be as three times as much as a regular policy.

For the local experts is this a good area of Gatlinburg for a vacation rental? Does owning a cabin in the Village get you access to the pool and tennis courts?  For the most part I am just curious if this is a decent area or if I should stay away.  Thank you!!

I have three properties that I own by myself. Four other with a business partner. And one additional one with a different business partner.

Into separate bank accounts and a different set of books

So I am going to be managing multiple listings and I want to make sure I am not missing anything that you experts are doing. When all is said and done I will have up to 8 properties listed and on some I will be the sole owner and on the others I will have a partner. I'm planning to list all 8 under one account and then assign each listing the appropriate banking info. Since the financials for each listing are separate I don't see any reason to have multiple AirBNB and VRBO accounts. Is anyone doing anything different that this? Thank you!!
