Adding a new pool to STR: expense it?
Has anyone built a pool at their STR and included it as an expense? Legitimately. With their accountants blessing?
Or would it qualify, as long as it’s in service before and after the install?

You'd probably have to amortize it. My guess is 10 years, but I'm not an accountant. I'm a pseudo redneck ruffian genius.
