Summer Occupancy during COVID

I put in a wi-fi water heater in last year so I could turn it off between stays. I just realized I haven't turned this thing off since late April. The Lake house has been booked solid since then. We shut down for April but have more than made up for it since. We are still getting week long bookings for higher than normal rates into the fall months. This looks to be a banner year.

How is everyone else's occupancy looking?
