Priorities when setting up a short-term management company
A partner and I are looking to set up a property management company. A lot of the topics I see here are intended for owners, not managers. I just want to know what to make sure we have in our plan before we execute. I know the services we should provide such as maintenance, housekeeping, concierge, and keeping the rentals filled as many nights as possible, but what about the specifics?
I know we need to find a good professional cleaning company, we need to find insurance. We need good software as well. What are your guys' recommendations?

@Alex Griffith Also.... everyone here is “self managing” because it’s pretty damn easy. Figure out a way to do our jobs better than we can do it ourselves and you’re on to something.
If you can convert @John Underwood into a client.... you’re on to something
