How do you do you rental agreement

How do you guys Do your rental agreements with a booking. Vrbo Let’s you attach docs to a message. Airbnb does not I created a link in google docs that I send out but still find myself reminding people to send back. Any easier way people do it?

I agree this is an another area Vrbo does a better job.

I type my rules in the Airbnb listing.

I only do signed agreements for off platform bookings.
