Looking for a consultant to help me open a Vacation Rental Compan
I have been in the Real Estate business for 25 years, I just moved to a little town with a very desirable Fishing Lake. I am in the middle of opening a Real Estate office and want to open a Vacation Rental dept in it. I have 4 homes in the area that I started renting out on air bnb and I can not beleive the demand I have. No one has a Vacation Rental Company here. Instead of recreating the wheel I want to hire someone who has experience to help me set it up.
Does anyone know of or hired a company like that?

All of us around here self manage.
You would be competing with Evolve and Vacasa and Turnkey so study them. If you’re in a small area you can likely have some success!
It’s important to realize you’re not reinventing the wheel. There are thousands and thousands of people who have done what you’re trying to do.
Solicitation is against the rules here at BP so you won’t find the answer to your exact question, and most of these “vacation rental university” type places are a total joke anyway.
Here's what you need:
A property management software
A pricing software
Great cleaning crews
A smartphone. Airbnb App. Homeaway Owners App.
OR a website if you're trying to DIY with SEO which I do not personally recommend but others do.
A license (since you’re managing for other people. Check your local jurisdiction)
That's about all it takes.
Keep in mind any of your clients can and will realize they could be doing what you’re doing very easily and stop paying you. Look at the 10,000-foot view and remember that you’re here to make their lives easier, not to do something that they can’t do. Because they can.
Long story short.... Keep reading this forum and googling and you shall find all the answers.
